Postdoctoral Fellowship Application Form

Please note that at the end of this form you will be required to upload the following supporting materials. Supporting materials may be uploaded as Micrsoft Word (.doc/.docx) documents or as Adobe Acrobat documents (.pdf). You cannot complete this application without submitting these materials. This system is designed to accomodate relatively small word and acrobat files (text only, 100k or so), if your supporting materials are very large 1MB+ you may have problems using this form (please contact the office if this is the case).

A curriculum vitae (maximum of 2 pages)
A select bibliography of applicant's scholarly works (maximum 1 page, published and unpublished)
A project proposal: maximum of 1,000 words. Please double space and include a bibliography of Clark materials and intended dates of residency. Also, please indicate whether you would like to participate in the Clark Summer Institute. Attending the institute is encouraged but is not a requirement of the fellowship.

In addition to the information provided here three scholarly references should be submitted directly to us with attached reference cover sheets.
